  • Resolve issues and manage escalations: Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and, when necessary, route complex cases to senior support teams while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Process refunds and updates: Execute refund requests, update customer records, and ensure all transactions are logged in compliance with company policies.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A solid educational foundation is required; additional education is a plus.

  • Reliable home office setup: Own a functional computer, headset with microphone, wired Ethernet connection, and a quiet workspace. Financing assistance for equipment can be discussed during the interview.
  • Legal eligibility to work as an independent contractor (1099): Must understand and accept the contractual nature of the role.
  • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per pay period: Flexibility to schedule shifts that align with client requirements, with the ability to meet a 15‑hour weekly minimum.

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $9.00 to $19.00 based on experience, performance, and the complexity of client assignments. As an independent contractor, you will invoice us for hours worked and receive payment on a regular schedule.
