Role Overview – Customer Service Representative (Remote – Kentucky)

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Kentucky‑based remote team. In this role, you will be the front line of communication for pet parents who rely on our pharmacy services. You’ll handle inbound calls, chat messages, and email inquiries, providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and solution‑focused support. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers via phone, live chat, and email, delivering accurate information about prescriptions, refills, and product availability.
  • Research complex issues, coordinate with internal teams, and devise effective solutions that resolve customer concerns on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to “wow” customers by offering personalized recommendations, proactive follow‑ups, and educational resources related to pet health.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
