  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfort with navigating web browsers and software applications, typing speed of 30+ words per minute, and the ability to perform basic functions such as copy/paste, opening multiple tabs, and switching between applications (required).
  • Excellent Grammar and Spelling: Strong command of written English, including proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education is required.
