Position Overview – Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative

The Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative is a pivotal role within arenaflex’s claims coordination hub. This position blends customer‑focused communication with meticulous data entry, ensuring that claim information is captured accurately, invoices are verified, and reports are generated efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input claim details into arenaflex’s claims management system, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal standards.
  • Information Verification: Proactively follow up with claimants, adjusters, and vendors to obtain missing documentation or clarification needed to advance claim processing.
  • Invoice Review: Examine invoices associated with claims for accuracy, proper coding, and alignment with contractual terms before approval.
  • Report Generation: Compile and distribute regular reports that summarize claim status, financial metrics, and operational trends for internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Communication: Provide courteous, clear, and empathetic responses to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, guiding claimants through the process and setting realistic expectations.

Essential Qualifications
