Title: Teach Lead (AI / Python Developer) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm Compensation: Salary: $122,500-$175,000 Per Year Description: Lead the development of reliable AI applications for large entities. Coach and mentor team members as the team expands. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to identify and address gaps. Enhance codebase quality and engineering processes. Recruit and inspire team members to achieve technology excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design software architecture. Guide and support staff in their professional growth. Create and implement frameworks for AI applications. Monitor, debug, and fix deployed applications. Collaborate with various teams to ensure product success. Qualifications: Ability to reason about software design from first principles. Strong programming skills across the full stack. Pragmatic and data-driven decision-making abilities. Proven track record in similar roles. Self-motivated with a passion for quality product delivery.
