As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Freight Specialist, you will work from the comfort of your home office, handling inbound and outbound communications with shippers, freight forwarders, and internal operations teams. You will collaborate with scheduling, operations, and finance departments to guarantee that every piece of cargo moves smoothly through the supply chain.   • Data Management: Accurately enter and update shipment details in arenaflex’s logistics platform, maintaining clean records for audit compliance and performance reporting.
