The team is seeking a Senior Actuary to lead work focused on FIA pricing and product strategy, playing a key role in shaping client solutions and driving business decisions.The ideal candidate is comfortable in a client-facing environment and brings prior consulting experience, or a strong desire to step into a more advisory-focused role.Additional details are outlined below: Required Experience & CompetenciesBachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, or related fieldFSA preferred; strong ASA candidates considered10+ years of life/annuity actuarial experienceDeep FIA expertise across pricing, design, and inforce managementStrong understanding of crediting strategies, riders, surrender charges, and profitability driversKnowledge of Stat, GAAP, LDTI, and capital frameworksExposure to hedging, asset strategy, or market risk preferredExperience with MG-ALFA, Prophet, AXIS, or similar toolsStrong analytical and business judgmentClear, effective communicator of complex conceptsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConsulting or client-facing experience a plusPlease apply ASAP.
