Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Resolution Coordinator

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers, retail partners, and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Work Schedule and Location

This is a part-time, remote position based out of your home office in one of the approved states where arenaflex operates. Our Contact Center provides 24/7 customer care, which means we offer a variety of shift options to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. Shift options may include:

  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Morning shifts
  • Night shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 10-hour shifts

Availability for Monday through Friday is typically required, with weekend availability being a plus. Specific shift assignments will be discussed during the interview process based on business needs and your availability.
