Position Overview – Supervisor, Customer Service (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Customer Service Supervisor to lead a high‑performing remote team of service representatives. In this role, you will be the champion of member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth, ensuring that our service delivery is both competitive and compassionate. You will develop, motivate, and coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and partner with internal stakeholders to remove barriers and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and retain a diverse talent pool; provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development plans.
  • Performance Management: Track daily statistics, schedule adherence, and quality scores; allocate resources to meet volume demands while maintaining service standards.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure every interaction reflects arenaflex’s heart‑centered approach, leading to high member/provider satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Feedback & Incentives: Utilize incentive programs to recognize individual and team achievements; conduct monthly and annual scorecard reviews.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyze call‑center metrics using arenaflex Excel to create charts, pivot tables, and actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Build strong relationships with internal business partners, provider teams, and management to share resources and align on service objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Identify and eliminate performance barriers while ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion process enhancements, lean initiatives, and innovative solutions that elevate the customer journey.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience within a highly transactional organization.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on data analysis using arenaflex Excel, including chart creation and pivot‑table generation.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) with a dedicated Ethernet connection (we provide a 6‑foot Ethernet cable; longer runs must be self‑sourced).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and resolve conflicts remotely.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in arenaflex Word, arenaflex PowerPoint, arenaflex OneNote, and arenaflex (formerly QuickBase) for documentation and reporting.
  • Project management experience, preferably with formal methodologies.
  • Exposure to LEAN Six Sigma principles and practical application in process improvement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in leadership, analytics, or process improvement are a plus.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $40,600 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for an arenaflex bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
