Job Overview – Personal Lines Marketing Specialist Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000/year Location: Remote (CT or NY Preferred) Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote) Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Marketing Specialist for our client, supporting policy remarketing, renewal reviews, carrier marketing, and personal insurance account growth within a fast-paced insurance agency environment. This fully remote opportunity will work closely with producers, account managers, carriers, and clients to deliver competitive renewal options, evaluate coverage needs, and support retention initiatives across a personal lines portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong agency-side personal lines experience, familiarity with Connecticut and New York insurance markets, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Marketing Specialist:

  • Renewal Remarketing: Proactively remarket personal lines policies and evaluate alternative carrier options to improve coverage, pricing, and retention outcomes.
  • Coverage Analysis: Review existing insurance programs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
  • Carrier Marketing: Obtain and compare quotes through carrier portals and comparative rating systems to develop competitive renewal proposals.
  • Producer & Account Manager Support: Provide guidance on personal lines coverage, underwriting considerations, and market opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Renewal Reviews: Conduct policy reviews, address renewal alerts, and ensure client insurance programs remain aligned with changing needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor expirations, cross-sell opportunities, consolidation initiatives, and assigned marketing activities to support business growth.

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Marketing Specialist:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of agency-side personal lines insurance experience is required.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license is required.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience handling Connecticut and New York personal lines accounts is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with carrier rating platforms is required; familiarity with EZLynx comparative rating software and Applied EPIC is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment are required.
