Position Overview: Remote Customer Experience Specialist

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, serving as the first point of contact for customers, retail store partners, and fellow associates. This is a high-volume role that requires professionalism, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. Each day, you will handle a significant number of incoming calls, live chat sessions, and email inquiries, navigating multiple internal systems and resources to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer interaction ends with a positive outcome.
