Why This Role Matters

The Customer Support Crewmember is the front line of arenaflex’s Customer Support Center (CSC). You will be the voice and the digital presence that guides travelers through booking, modifications, and post‑booking support. By delivering consistent, high‑quality service across phone, chat, SMS, and email, you help ensure that each passenger’s journey starts and ends on a positive note. This role is fully remote after successful training, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while staying connected to a vibrant, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer contacts across multiple channels (phone, chat, SMS, email) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers in booking new flights, modifying existing reservations, and resolving any issues that arise during the travel lifecycle.
  • Promote arenaflex’s ancillary products and services—such as seat upgrades, baggage options, and travel insurance—while maintaining a focus on genuine customer needs.
  • Maintain and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the CSC, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s suite of reservation and support tools (including arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex) to efficiently process transactions and retrieve information.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to share best practices, troubleshoot complex cases, and continuously improve service standards.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s safety and compliance protocols, including a ten‑year background check and secure handling of customer data.
  • Flexibly adjust work schedules to meet business demands, including nights, weekends, holidays, and short‑notice shift changes.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to sharpen skills and stay current with industry trends.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements, automation opportunities, and service innovations that align with arenaflex’s “Soul of Service.”

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Have

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service or sales environment, preferably within a call‑center or travel‑related setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and navigate arenaflex’s reservation and support platforms, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction‑free home office setup with reliable high‑speed internet connectivity.
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a ten‑year background check and meet legal eligibility to work in the country of residence.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to respond to short‑notice schedule changes.
