Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support the creation and maintenance of the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly forecasting models, ensuring alignment with senior‑level strategic objectives and transparent data sources.
- Annual & Quarterly Business Reviews: Contribute to the development of the arenaflex+ annual strategy, quarterly business reviews, and month‑to‑month/quarter‑to‑quarter forecasting cycles.
- Data‑Driven Business Cases: Build compelling business cases and scenario analyses to inform go‑to‑market strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses on key performance drivers (e.g., subscriber churn, ARPU, acquisition cost) for the most recent quarter and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Cross‑Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional arenaflex+ operations, BD, finance, and local market teams, as well as US marketing and finance partners, to ensure consistent execution of commercial plans.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data‑driven environments, preferably within a B2C or subscription‑based business.
