What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the arenaflex social media support team, you will represent a premier entertainment brand across multiple digital channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Social Media Monitoring & Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages across Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and other brand-approved social platforms in a timely, friendly, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Accurate Information Delivery: Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information regarding products, services, park experiences, policies, and brand initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Complaint Resolution & Escalation: Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolve issues at the first point of contact whenever possible, and escalate complex cases through proper channels to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow specialists, team leads, and cross-functional partners at arenaflex to maintain a unified, high-quality customer experience across every interaction.
  • Brand & Promotion Awareness: Stay continuously informed about the latest brand promotions, seasonal events, product launches, and entertainment updates so that every customer interaction is informed, relevant, and engaging.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Capture customer sentiment, recurring themes, and actionable insights, and share recommendations that help improve overall social media engagement strategy and customer journey design.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold a positive, polished, and enthusiastic demeanor in every interaction, ensuring that each fan feels valued, heard, and delighted.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback logs, and case notes using CRM software and internal tools.

What You Bring: Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional Written Communication: A strong command of the English language with the ability to write clearly, warmly, and professionally across social media channels.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrated comfort and competence using Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and other major platforms for professional customer engagement.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to assess situations quickly and deliver effective solutions.
  • Self-Discipline & Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay productive in a remote work environment.
  • Brand Familiarity: A working knowledge of major entertainment brand products, services, characters, and core values is highly valued.
  • Customer Service Background: Prior experience in customer support, ideally in a social media, digital, or online community setting.
  • Technical Comfort: Working knowledge of CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and modern customer support tools.

Experience We Would Love to See

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service, community management, or social media support.
  • Prior remote work experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting or working with globally recognized consumer brands is a plus.
  • Familiarity with entertainment, travel, hospitality, or theme park industries is a strong bonus.
