The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry and a thorough understanding of the disposition process. Responsibilities... • Develop and manage the disposition strategy for the company's real estate assets • Evaluate and analyze potential buyers and offers • Negotiate sale terms and conditions with buyers • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth disposition process • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and associated documents • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to real estate disposition Qualifications • A history of success in sales • Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills • Must be driven!
