Chief of Staff / Strategy Ops Lead (Web3）
Summary
We run multiple crypto and AI projects with a lean team. The strategic firepower is there. What's missing is an execution core — someone who takes the CEO's thinking, turns it into structure and timelines, and makes sure the org actually moves. This is 90% execution, 10% synthesis. Not a strategist. Not an advisor.
Responsibilities
- Extract the CEO's thinking and turn it into Gantt charts, task breakdowns, and owner assignments
- Run a daily check-in loop with all workstream owners — progress, blockers, next steps
- Maintain the master project dashboard in real time, always current
- Follow up on every owner, every deadline — relentlessly and professionally
- Brief the team before they start work; review outputs before they hit the CEO
Requirements
- Bilingual — professional Mandarin + English, written and spoken. No exceptions.
- Asia-Pacific timezone (GMT+7–11), available during team hours
- MBB consulting, major corporate strategy (e.g. Samsung FSO), or top MBA → strategy/ops path
- Proven track record managing multi-workstream projects with multiple owners
- Daily discipline — systems maintained every day, not in bursts
- Expert in Notion or equivalent; Web3/crypto experience a strong plus
- IB backgrounds typically do not fit this role
