Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of aircraft and component design documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and arenaxflex internal policies.
- Provide expert technical guidance to engineering teams, acting as a mentor and subject‑matter expert for design‑related challenges.
- Facilitate project teams, coordinating with project managers to align engineering deliverables with schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate design processes, conduct design reviews, and approve engineering changes.
- Develop and refine engineering procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, and other maintenance activities that are not covered by existing manuals.
- Monitor daily operational requirements, translating aircraft/departmental goals into actionable engineering tasks.
- Analyze aircraft or component issues that could lead to delays, increased labor, or material waste, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Deliver timely engineering support for abnormal situations, restoring aircraft or component status to operational readiness.
- Prepare detailed work plans for fleet‑wide and multi‑fleet design initiatives, ensuring alignment with evaluated needs and strategic objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current and emerging regulations, integrating changes into engineering practices to guarantee compliance.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant engineering experience with a related discipline, or 2 years of experience without a degree.
- Valid A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) license or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with engineering software tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting technical data and making data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear engineering reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
