Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Associate (6‑Month Contract)
We are partnering with a prominent nonprofit organization that relies on accurate evaluation reports to guide program development and stakeholder decisions. This six‑month, full‑time remote role (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST) is designed for detail‑oriented professionals who thrive in a virtual environment and possess strong multilingual capabilities. As a Data Entry Associate, you will work closely with our Production department to convert transcript data into structured course worksheets, uphold data security standards, and ensure the highest level of quality throughout the workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input transcript details into course worksheets following arenaflex’s standardized guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client documents, adhering to data‑privacy regulations.
- Review incoming team requests, verify completeness, and confirm alignment with established standards.
- Identify and correct potential errors or discrepancies to prevent downstream issues in file management.
- Conduct comprehensive quality checks, including spot‑checks and batch reviews, to sustain production excellence.
- Collaborate proactively with production team members, providing status updates and flagging any blockers that could affect timelines.
- Document process improvements and share best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English fluency plus demonstrated competence in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, French, Russian, Farsi, Portuguese, or Spanish. Additional major language skills are a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Proven ability to navigate data‑entry platforms, spreadsheets, and content‑management tools with speed and accuracy.
