  • Navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously, using a multi‑screen setup to retrieve order details, track shipments, and document interactions.
  • Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment to diagnose and resolve technical or service‑related issues.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with clear, concise notes that reflect the conversation and next steps.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, including a mandatory 14‑day online Customer Service Specialist Certification program.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts, to meet the needs of a 24/7 service model.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Successful completion of arenaflex’s 14‑day online Customer Service Specialist Certification.
  • Previous experience in a call‑center or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with web browsers, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written communication abilities (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) and excellent verbal articulation.
