About the Role: Virtual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us with questions, concerns, and requests. Your mission is simple yet impactful: prevent issues before they arise, solve problems quickly and thoroughly, and delight every customer you interact with. This is a seasonal contractual position that is performed entirely from your home office, but please note that applicants must reside within the city limits of specific Tier B locations in Maharashtra, including Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli. This geographic requirement ensures that our associates have access to reliable infrastructure, technical support, and team connectivity.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Specialist

  • Customer Interaction Across Multiple Channels: Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email, providing accurate, timely, and friendly responses to a wide range of questions about orders, products, payments, accounts, and website navigation.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Use a variety of digital tools and internal resources to research customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Empathy-Driven Communication: Approach every customer interaction with genuine empathy, active listening, and a customer-first mindset, ensuring that each person feels heard, valued, and respected.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role.
  • Work Authorization: You must have the legal right to work in India.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as you’ll be assisting customers in English on a daily basis.
  • Flexible Availability: You must be available to work varying shifts from Monday through Sunday, within the operating hours of our customer service center. This includes early mornings, late evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.
  • Rotating Shift Willingness: A willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts is required to support our 24/7 customer service operations.
  • Dedicated Home Office Space: You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, including a dedicated office area with a desk and chair where you can focus on customer interactions without interruptions.
  • Technical Requirements: A minimum broadband connection of 20 MB download speed and 8 MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted) is required to ensure stable, high-quality customer communications.
  • Residency: You must reside within the city limits of one of the following Tier B cities in Maharashtra: Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolhapur, or Sangli.
