About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation strategy and program execution across the U.S. and Canada, while also supporting assigned global functions. This highly visible individual contributor role plays an important part in shaping reward programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent while enabling business performance. As a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, you will apply deep expertise in compensation strategy, analytics, and governance to drive competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. You will partner across HR, finance, and business leadership to translate market insights and organizational priorities into practical reward solutions. This role reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, Americas & Global Functions.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Program Leadership & Governance Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions related to hiring, promotions, internal mobility, and career growth, balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and business needs. Lead the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end compensation processes, including annual planning cycles and other core compensation activities. Support the administration and governance of quarterly incentive programs, collective bargaining agreement wage increases, and recognition-related compensation initiatives. Conduct job evaluations and role leveling to support organizational design, workforce planning, and consistent compensation decisions. Analytics, Benchmarking & Insights Develop data-driven recommendations on base pay, incentive compensation, and recognition programs to support effective talent and business decisions. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for HR and senior business leaders. Partner across the Total Rewards function to leverage market data, benchmarking, and analytics in support of competitive, scalable, and cost-effective programs. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Qlik to monitor trends and inform decision-making. Governance, Policy & Compliance Ensure compensation practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across the U.S. and Canada. Analyze pay practices and compensation trends to support compliance with pay equity, pay transparency, and other regulatory requirements, including FLSA. Contribute to the development and refinement of compensation policies, guidelines, governance frameworks, and manager guidance materials. Global & Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global functional stakeholders to address compensation priorities across the U.S., Canada, and assigned global functions. Drive consistent, equitable compensation practices in collaboration with broader Total Rewards and regional HR partners while accounting for business and market differences.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or closely related analytical roles, or 5+ years with an advanced degree. Experience supporting compensation programs within a large, multinational, matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in a demanding environment with multiple priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik. Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and market benchmarking surveys. Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices, including FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency considerations. Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (or progress toward certification) What Success Looks Like You use data, market insight, and business context to influence pay decisions and reward strategies with confidence and credibility. You balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You build strong relationships across HR and the business, serving as a trusted advisor on compensation matters and challenging thinking constructively when needed. You help drive consistent, equitable, and compliant outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization. Additional Details This role may require occasional travel to company offices. The role is expected to align primarily to Eastern Time hours, with flexibility to support global collaboration as needed. The salary range for this role is $140,000-$170,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
