Role Summary A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation W-2 Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required W-2 Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required 1099 Independent Contractor: Provide a minimum scheduling availability for a caseload of 15 clients per week Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits LMFT, LPC, LCSW - W2: $45-$50/hour | 1099: $63-65/hour Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W2: $60-$70/hour | 1099: $75-85/hour W-2 Employee Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4% Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents* HSA (with employer contribution) and FSA options to help manage healthcare and dependent care expenses* Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources* Robust Professional Development Program Referral Program Generous paid time off and additional paid holidays* Case consultation with colleagues Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling and telehealth options *Indicates benefits available only to full-time W-2 Employees; note: all employees are hired part-time and have the opportunity to increase to full-time **Employment status to be determined at time of offer which includes multiple determining factors including but not limited to ability to work independently without supervision, ability to obtain and maintain a business entity and location to provide services.

Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Silver Lake Psychology: Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice providing high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and high-functioning adults from diverse backgrounds.
