Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Remote Customer Service Representative based in Hollywood, FL. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing compassionate assistance through phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with internal teams—including fulfillment, logistics, and technical support—to achieve swift, effective outcomes.
