They are seeking a ServiceNow Developer Jr. who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow CSM framework to improve customer service and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow CSM framework
- Leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to streamline processes and improve customer service
- Work on challenging projects that directly impact the customer experience
- Drive innovation and efficiency within the organization by delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- Prior ServiceNow developer experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- US Citizenship
- Experience with ITSM and/or HRSD
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
