[Remote] Compliance Administrator - Weekends Only

They are seeking a Compliance Administrator to carry out anti-money laundering checks and guide customers through compliance requirements, ensuring smooth order completion.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out AML checks in accordance with MLR 2019, HMRC KYC requirements and the EU 5th Directive
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions daily via email and telephone
- Guiding customers through our compliance requirements in a clear, professional and timely manner
- Ensuring customer orders progress to completion by facilitating the swift passing of due diligence requirements
- Responding accurately to telephone queries relating to our compliance processes
- Maintaining meticulous records and administrative accuracy across all compliance tasks
- Keeping up to date with relevant AML regulations and internal compliance procedures
Skills
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service instincts
- Polite, friendly and professional in all interactions
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- A fast and accurate typist, confident with IT systems
- Driven by a positive mindset, high integrity and a strong work ethic
