Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service by phone, chat, and digital channels
- Listening carefully to understand members' needs and identify opportunities to improve their financial situation
- Educating members about products, services, and financial solutions that may help them achieve their goals
- Assisting with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, account inquiries, and troubleshooting
- Solving problems and resolving member concerns with empathy, professionalism, and critical thinking
- Collaborating with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure a seamless member experience
- Meeting service and member education goals while contributing to overall team success
