Licensed Financial Services Representative
Pacific Life is a company dedicated to providing support and resources for financial planning and security. They are seeking Licensed Financial Services Representatives to assist customers with policy transactions and provide accurate information during financial decision-making moments.
Responsibilities
- Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
- Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
- Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Skills
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services or insurance
