Sales T&E Analyst

Fidelity Canada is a leading financial services company committed to helping investors build better financial futures. They are seeking a Sales T&E Analyst to manage and report travel and entertainment expenses for the sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing within the company's systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports on behalf of the Sales teams
  • Liaise and build effective relationships with the Sales teams and other internal departments
  • Build monitoring/trending reports and provide support to Manager, Sales T&E

Skills

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
  • More than 3 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment required
  • Experience in the financial services/mutual fund industry
  • Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
  • Team player and can work independently with various individuals from different business units
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • IFIC course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
  • Knowledge of NI 81-105 is an asset
