[Remote] Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Multifamily Wealth Nation is a company focused on educating aspiring and active real estate investors. They are seeking a highly driven Inbound Sales Setter to engage with warm inbound leads, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified introduction calls with Community Directors.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads through phone, text, email, and CRM communication
- Build rapport and understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, experience level, and timeline
- Book qualified introduction calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates inside the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects who do not book right away or show for our team
- Help create a positive first impression of Multifamily Wealth Nation
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve show rates, lead quality, and conversion
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends in the real estate sector
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in real estate, investment, or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, high-ticket sales, real estate, coaching, education, or online programs
- Confidence with technology like a CRM and communication via phone, text, and email
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with new prospects
- Highly organized and follows up relentlessly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by results
- Positive attitude and strong personal discipline
- Understanding or willingness to learn about real estate investing, multifamily investing, wealth building, and financial freedom
