Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on generating early-stage demand and introducing potential corporate clients to Xe's FX and international payments solutions, offering structured training and mentorship to build skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email and digital channels
- Act as the first point of contact for potential corporate clients
- Conduct basic qualifications to confirm suitability
- Build foundational knowledge of FX and international payments
- Partner with senior SDRs, BDMs and Marketing to progress opportunities
