We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant for our growing recruitment business! ? Fully remote, part-time contractor role ? Flexible hours... ? Pay rate up to $25 per hour We are growing and need more admin help, particularly in North America. Once we have trained you in our systems, you will be responsible for all the admin on specific campaigns, serving as an account manager. You will also manage the email for one of the managers. It's very important to us that all team enjoy the work and working with us. New team members, even in part-time roles, often end up learning new skills working with us for many years. KEY REQUIREMENTS · Have experience working in each of 3 different industries · At least 3 year of experience managing someone else?s e-mail and/or LinkedIn presence · At least 3 year of experience dealing directly with clients, candidates, and/or customers by email, phone, and Zoom (or similar platform) · You have used software platforms such as Dropbox, Google Suite, Trello, Slack, Wordpress, Zoom, and/or Helpscout · You love working remotely and do it effectively · You have at least 3 years of experience and are proficient in Excel · Experience managing a LinkedIn profile and networking either for yourself or on behalf of someone else · Proven success in working independently · Data entry experience · You are great at getting on with a wide range of people and communicating effectively with them (including hosting meetings on Zoom or similar) · You are good with details · A bonus: Previous experience in recruitment, including experience using LinkedIn to find candidates Core Responsibilities of the Virtual Assistant Job: Client Management Communicate with clients via email, phone, and Zoom to ? Guide them through the hiring process, while promptly respond to client?s questions or concerns ? Chasethem Candidate Management ? Communicate with candidates via email, LinkedIn and phone, including application updates, invitations to interviews, and rejection notifications ? Interview tracking, calendar scheduling/managing appointments Candidate Management in Helpscout ? Input candidate info ? Maintain email inbox daily by sending workflows and responding to candidate queries Our proprietary Applicant Tracking and Scoring System ? Send rejection emails ? Check each campaign daily for new emails ? Archive and delete candidates? application forms ? Ensure candidates? pipeline stages are accurate (daily) ? Score candidate application forms consistently in line with our criteria. We will train you to do this. General ? Manage email for one of our managers ? Check Slack channels for action points ? Create Dropbox folders, adding all relevant files ? Check & update each Trello board daily ? Take initiative and notice any business improvement opportunities. Develop process About You - You meet the key requirements above AND: ? You are very skilled at getting the details right and you work methodically ? You are completely reliable and, if you should be unavailable, or unable to complete a task, always let your colleagues know ? You are happy to do repetitive work ? You love researching things and finding out ?
