Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers, existing clients, and cancellation requests with a courteous and solution‑focused approach.

  • Maintain a daily call volume of 30‑40 conversations while consistently meeting or exceeding quality metrics.
  • Document each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records for follow‑up and compliance purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or support packages that align with the client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with the training and compliance teams to stay current on evolving ESA regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a call‑center environment, handling high‑volume inbound calls.
  • At least 2 years of dedicated customer‑service experience, preferably in a regulated or health‑related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely with a reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 125 Mbps download speed).
  • Possession of a Windows‑based desktop or laptop (MacBooks and Chromebooks are not compatible with arenaflex’s systems).
  • Professional headset and a quiet, dedicated workspace that mimics an office environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly tone and strong active‑listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and basic office productivity tools.
