As a Remote Entry-Level Travel Organizing Associate, you'll work closely with our team of experienced travel organizers to support the planning, coordination, and organization of travel itineraries for our clients. Key Responsibilities: ? Client Liaison: Assist in communicating with clients to gather travel preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints to inform the development of customized travel itineraries. ? Itinerary Development: Collaborate with senior travel organizers to research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options, and assist in crafting detailed travel itineraries tailored to the client's interests. ? Reservation Management: Support the booking and confirmation of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, tours, activities, and dining reservations, adhering to established procedures and timelines. ? Documentation Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing travel documentation, including booking confirmations, itineraries, visas, passports, and travel insurance information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ? Client Communication: Provide timely and responsive communication to clients regarding travel arrangements, itinerary updates, travel advisories, and any other relevant information, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail. ? Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to confirm bookings, coordinate logistics, and address any inquiries or issues related to travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution of the itinerary. ? Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the travel organizing team, including data entry, file management, invoice processing, and other organizational tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow and documentation. ? Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting quality assurance checks on travel itineraries and bookings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and client expectations. ? Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, destination developments, travel regulations, and best practices in travel organization to enhance job knowledge and contribute to ongoing professional development. Qualifications: ? Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). ? Strong passion for travel and a desire to pursue a career in the travel industry. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members. ? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software and systems. ? Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding client expectations. ? Adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a remote team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude. ?
