Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the front line of our client‑focused operations. You will interact with health‑care providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office staff across a variety of programs, ranging from clinical trial enrollment to medication location assistance.
