Role Overview

We are seeking a talented, results‑oriented Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that enhance customer success outcomes. You will partner with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to design, execute, and monitor projects that boost Net Promoter Scores (NPS), reduce churn, and increase adoption of arenaflex solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle—from concept and scope definition to delivery and post‑implementation review—ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s customer success objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (product managers, engineers, support leads) and external customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and secure buy‑in.
  • Roadmap Development: Translate customer feedback and market trends into a prioritized project roadmap that drives measurable improvements in satisfaction and adoption.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish baselines, and monitor progress against targets such as NPS, churn rate, and time‑to‑value.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate issues to leadership.
  • Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage resources across multiple teams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Change Management: Lead communication and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or features by customers and internal teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post‑project retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and embed best practices into arenaflex’s project management methodology.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Produce clear, concise project documentation, status reports, and executive summaries for senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience, preferably within a customer‑centric or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects that directly improve customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and familiarity with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
