[Remote] Commission Sales Associate

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to expand their employer client base in industries facing labor shortages.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with employers that may benefit from immigration solutions
- Generate qualified leads in industries such as:
- Landscaping
- Construction
- Hospitality
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Manufacturing
- Healthcare
- Cleaning and Janitorial Services
- Agriculture
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, social media, trade associations, and industry events
- Schedule consultations with prospective clients
- Maintain relationships with referral partners, consultants, recruiters, accountants, and industry organizations
- Represent the firm professionally and help educate employers about workforce solutions
Skills
- Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, workforce solutions, HR consulting, or immigration services
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, HR professionals, and executives
- Existing relationships within landscaping, construction, hospitality, staffing, or related industries are a plus
