[Remote] Manager, Strategic Account Development - Platform

As the Manager of Strategic Account Development, you will lead a team of sales representatives to achieve SMB Platform volume goals, driving sales performance and fostering a high-energy, inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and hire high-caliber sales talent
- Develop structured onboarding and ongoing development programs
- Lead pipeline strategy, forecasting, and deal reviews
- Coach reps through 1:1 sessions focused on performance, skill development, and deal execution
- Translate ambitious goals into clear action plans and measurable outcomes
- Scale best practices and build a high-performance culture across the team
- Stay close to the customer by engaging directly with merchants
- Leverage insights from frontline conversations to improve processes, messaging, and programs
- Partner cross-functionally to remove friction and enhance both merchant and employee experiences
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in sales
- Demonstrated success building and executing pipeline strategies
- Strong coaching capabilities with a track record of developing frontline sellers
- Customer-obsessed mindset with comfort engaging directly with prospects
- Passionate about developing talent and building scalable team programs
- Skilled at motivating teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Balances ambitious thinking with analytical rigor
