Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years related experience, including billing in a physician office or billing company environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Service and results oriented with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, insurance companies and other customers
- Associates Degree or Certification such as CMIS
