Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Project Manager at EB in New Orleans, Louisiana. This is a full-time, salary position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a key member of our data entry team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities: • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, following established processes and procedures • Review and verify data accuracy, making any necessary corrections or updates • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of all data records • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with data • Manage data entry projects and timelines, ensuring timely completion and quality control • Continuously improve and optimize data entry processes to increase efficiency and accuracy • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure data is consistent and up to date • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data at all times Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred • Proven experience in data entry or related field • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills EEOC Statement: EB is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
