  • Design, build, test, and maintain declarative automation using Flow, including record-triggered flows, screen flows, and scheduled flows
  • Read and lightly modify Apex triggers and classes; partner with internal staff or external developers for more complex Apex or Lightning Web Component development as needed
  • Manage user provisioning, license allocation, and security model changes, including for newly acquired business units

  • Develop salesperson, sales manager, service line, and executive dashboards that surface leading and lagging indicators of sales performance
  • Partner with the Director of Sales Operations to evaluate incoming business requests through a collaborative design review, applying Salesforce platform best practices that balance near-term delivery with long-term maintainability
  • Operate within POWERX’s established sandbox-to-production workflow utilizing VS Code, Git-based version control, and additional Salesforce DevOps practices to maintain visibility into in-flight work and prevent deployment conflicts
  • Lead the ongoing maturation of POWERX’s Salesforce change-management practice and coordinate review, testing, and deployment of Salesforce changes as the team grows or engages external partners and contractors
  • Operate, monitor, and improve POWERX’s existing Salesforce integrations (including NetSuite, Connecteam, GoFormz, Egnyte, Klient, and Outlook), diagnosing and resolving integration failures as they occur
  • Lead Salesforce-side design and implementation of new integrations using Boomi (POWERX’s standard middleware platform) and direct API integrations as the use case warrants
  • Support M&A integration efforts, including data migration, account and contact merging, customer/item mapping, and process harmonization for newly acquired business units
  • Partner with sales, sales management, operations support, billing, and field service teams to capture requirements and turn them into Salesforce solutions
  • Build training materials, release notes, and how-to documentation for end users
  • Conduct training sessions for power users and new hires on core Salesforce processes including quoting, account creation, opportunity management, and closed-won workflows
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and process redesign
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization’s goals and adapt to evolving business needs
