They are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract qualified candidates across regional operations
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection to ensure timely hiring
  • Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts to support ongoing hiring needs
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across appropriate channels and platforms
  • Coordinate internal job postings and employee referral activities
  • Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment verification processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking data
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction activities
