[Remote] Executive Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Employment Resource Group, Inc. is an Executive Search firm based in Appleton. They are seeking an experienced Construction Executive Recruiter to cultivate relationships with clients, conduct candidate screenings, and develop recruiting strategies in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new
- Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture
- Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients
- Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary
Skills
- Experience recruiting in the Construction industry
- 2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Passionate about being the best at what you do
- Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
