Responsibilities
- Creating user guides, SOPs, help documents, FAQs, and knowledge base content
- Navigating web based software workflows and documenting each process accurately
- Capturing and organizing screenshots where needed
- Working with product, support, operations, and technical stakeholders to confirm accuracy
- Translating technical platform processes into clear internal and user facing instructions
- Maintaining consistent formatting, terminology, and documentation structure
Skills
- Technical writing experience
- Experience with product documentation
- Experience with software documentation
- Experience with SaaS documentation
- Exposure to telecom
- Exposure to VoIP
- Exposure to contact center technology
- Exposure to API driven platforms
