[Remote] GTM Operations Manager

The GTM Operations Manager will implement the overall revenue strategy, aligning Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help drive execution and alignment of Syncro’s growth objectives and business goals
• Assists with operational aspects to facilitate forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales process optimization in order to drive sales productivity and effectiveness
• Work with GTM leadership to understand and optimize funnel management and pipeline efficiency
• Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow, campaign management, and marketing automation processes to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize revenue opportunities
• Work closely with the finance team to align on revenue reporting, budgeting, and financial planning, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and the identification of key growth drivers
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all revenue-generating functions, particularly with the finance team to ensure accurate financial forecasting and with the marketing team to maximize the effectiveness of demand generation efforts
• Will serve as a key stakeholder across cross functional GTM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Claude, Outreach.io, etc)
• Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performance
• Continuously evaluate and improve revenue operations processes, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and scalability

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other revenue operations technologies
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers and partners
• Experience working with target customer profiles in the SMB space
