Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals who reside within 75 miles of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy hub in Las Vegas, NV (7251 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119). As a Remote Nevada Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the vital link between patients, insurance providers, and our pharmacy teams, ensuring that life‑sustaining specialty medications are processed accurately and delivered promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, empathetic telephone support to patients receiving specialty drug therapy.
  • Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verification of benefits and renewal of authorizations.
  • Enter new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system with precision.
  • Communicate copay amounts, collect payments, and resolve any financial discrepancies before medication fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to identify, screen, and resolve clinical or accounts‑receivable issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists while providing clear, actionable information to facilitate swift resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, quality‑assurance reviews, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a high‑volume customer service role, handling complex inquiries over the phone.
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based applications, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email platforms.
  • Demonstrated computer keyboarding skills with a strong aptitude for learning new software systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Residency in Nevada and within a 75‑mile radius of the Las Vegas specialty location.

Training & Schedule

Training Duration: 4 weeks (PTO blackout period)

Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST

Post‑Training Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST (full‑time remote schedule)

Compensation & Benefits
