Position Overview

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our virtual team in a full-time, 100% work-from-home capacity. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for union and association members who are seeking information about their benefits coverage options. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls, emails, and virtual chat messages regarding benefits coverage, plan options, and general questions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book virtual appointments with clients using our scheduling platform, ensuring each member receives dedicated time to review their coverage options in detail.
  • Product and Policy Knowledge: Collaborate regularly with management teams and training coordinators to stay updated on new products, services, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, needs, and personal circumstances.
