Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company and a trusted advisor to pet parents. Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving: Research and determine appropriate solutions for customer inquiries, think proactively, and set follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of all concerns.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service with a proven track record of excellence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills as demonstrated through a comprehensive assessment.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English to effectively serve our diverse customer base.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to multitask effectively, maintaining phone conversations while navigating computer systems and taking notes.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to find information.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and the evolving pet care industry landscape.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to adjust your schedule and work overtime as required by business demands.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Working remotely at arenaflex requires a dedicated, professional home office setup that enables you to deliver exceptional customer service. Our technical requirements are designed to ensure you can perform your duties effectively while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.

Home Office Setup

  • Dedicated Space: A work area large enough to comfortably accommodate computer monitors and essential equipment, free from distractions and background noise that could impact the customer experience.
  • Webcam Compatibility: A suitable work environment where webcam use is practical and professional, as visual communication is sometimes required.
  • Internet Connection: A reliable, high-speed wired internet connection with minimum requirements of 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed. Applicants must demonstrate they meet these standards.
  • Equipment Provided: arenaflex provides all necessary equipment including computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. You are responsible for providing your own high-speed internet connection.
  • Mobile Device: A cell phone or tablet capable of running two-factor authentication through Okta Verify, either via the mobile app or SMS/call functionality.
