Position Overview

arenaflex is actively hiring a detail-oriented and personable Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing customer engagement team. Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, building genuine rapport and uncovering opportunities to serve their needs.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using calendar management tools, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with both clients and internal team members.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions, account activity, and appointment data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Represent arenaflex with professionalism and warmth on every call, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Operate standard office equipment and digital tools with confidence, including computers, headsets, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
  • Proactively resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, consistently delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Monitor customer accounts on an ongoing basis, flagging potential issues and taking appropriate action to maintain account health.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records, processing updates efficiently and in accordance with company protocols.
  • Process customer applications with precision, verifying information and ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements.
  • Work within a flexible part-time schedule, providing dependable customer service coverage during designated business hours.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets, email communications, and calendars.
