Responsibilities
- Run telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiac patients
- Manage HTN, CHF, CAD, lipid disorders
- Adjust meds using clear protocols (less second-guessing)
- Order labs, imaging, follow-ups
- Document cleanly in EMR (no after-hours charting)
- Coordinate with cardiologists and care teams
- Own patient panel outcomes day-to-day Requirements
- Active NP license in MD or PA, or willing to obtain
- 2+ years cardiology experience
- Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in MD or PA
- Comfortable leading independent telehealth visits Nice-to-haves
- Prior telehealth experience
