Responsibilities

• Explain life insurance and related financial protection products to prospective clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine suitable coverage options.
• Assist clients with applications, product information, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and policy details.
• Follow all state, federal, and company guidelines regarding insurance practices.
• Participate in training sessions on product knowledge and presentation methods.
• Manage outreach activities through phone, virtual conferencing, or approved communication channels.

Qualifications
